Services Team is charged with ensuring
the continuing success of the TreoSystems relationship. They
support
each major client and are responsible for coordinating all resources,
ensuring effective communications, and exceeding expectations throughout all levels of our
customer’s
business.
Our
fee-based
support
offerings
include
regular
product
location
audits
and
updates
(iPAL),
product
pricing
updates
and
weekly
specials
(Self
Serve
Deli),
and
remote
wellness
monitoring
of
the
application
itself.
In addition, a Customer Support
and Help Desk service is also dedicated to each major client to
ensure coordination of services and provide resources for
operational, procedural, or technical questions.
