How's it work?

Instead of waiting in line at the deli, a customer can now leave their order by touching the items they want on a touch screen kiosk. 

The customer receives a ticket with a number, and then is free to continue to do the rest of his/her shopping. The order is immediately sent to the Deli department where it is filled. 

Later, the customer returns to pick up their order in a designated location, either in the Deli or some other convenient spot in the store.
